PayPal is a well-established, secure payment clearance facility.  It does not cost you anything to use PayPal, and it adds an extra layer of security to your payment.  When you choose to pay by PayPal, our system will automatically direct you through the process.  You will be shown how to log into PayPal and set up a PayPal account (if you don't already have one). Then PayPal will process your payment for us and you'll be all set.
   

PayPal is a great option to use when you want to pay by check.  You don't have to actually mail a check to us, so it saves time and gets your order on its way to you faster.  Please do not mail us your check; we accept checks only when they are submitted through PayPal. 
   


Returns and Refunds

You may return almost all of our products for a prompt and courteous refund. Unused and unopened products may be returned up to 30 days after you receive them.

To return any unused and unopened products, simply mail them back to the address that will be printed on the packing slip included in your shipment, within 30 days of receipt.

There are a few exceptions to our return policy. The following items may only be returned if they are damaged or defective when you receive them:


* Custom printed products(such as Martial Arts return address labels)

* Edible products (such as Martial Arts cookies)


If you received a custom printed or edible product from us that is damaged or defective, we will promptly ship replacement items to you. We will also ask you to return the damaged or defective item(s) for our inspection, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to do so.

If your order was lost by our delivery carrier, please let us know right away. We will need you to fill out our carrier's claim form (which we will send to you) and then we will resolve the situation accordingly.
