PayPal is a great option to use when you want to pay by check.  You don't have to actually mail a check to us, so it saves time and gets your order on its way to you faster.  Please do not mail us your check; we accept checks only when they are submitted through PayPal. 
   


Returns and Refunds

You may return any unused and unopened products that you purchased from us within the past 60 days for a prompt and courteous refund.

To return any unused and unopened products, simply mail them back to the address below within 60 days of receipt. Do not worry if you've misplaced your receipt; we have a copy of your receipt in our files. Just make sure your name and address are somewhere in the shipping box.

If you received a product from us that is damaged or defective, we will promptly ship replacement items to you. We will also ask you to return the damaged or defective item(s) for our inspection, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to do so.

If your order was lost by our delivery carrier, please let us know right away and we will promptly ship a replacement order to you. We will also ask you to file a claim with our carrier to report the lost shipment, and we will send you a claim form for this purpose.
