Returns and Refunds
You may return almost all of our products for a prompt and courteous refund. Unused and unopened products may be returned up to 30 days after you receive them.
To return any unused and unopened products, simply mail them back to the address that will be printed on the packing slip included in your shipment, within 30 days of receipt.
There are a few exceptions to our return policy. The following items may only be returned if they are damaged or defective when you receive them:
Any products that are printed with a name you specify (such as the return address labels)
Any edible products (such as the Martial Arts cookies)
These custom printed products that can not be returned for refund are clearly identified on their respective pages on this site.
If you received a product from us that is damaged or defective, we will promptly ship replacement items to you. We will also ask you to return the damaged or defective item(s) for our inspection, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to do so.
If your order was lost by our delivery carrier, please let us know right away and we will promptly ship a replacement order to you. We will also ask you to file a claim with our carrier to report the lost shipment, and we will send you a claim form for this purpose.

PayPal is a well-established, secure payment clearance facility.
It does not cost you anything to use PayPal, and it adds an extra
layer of security to your payment. When you choose to pay by
PayPal, our system will automatically direct you through the
process. You will be shown how to log into PayPal and set up
a PayPal account (if you don't already have one), and then you
will be able to enter a credit card number, debit card number or
checking account number into your PayPal account. Then PayPal will process your payment for us and you'll be all set. PayPal is the only method of payment currently accepted from our non-US customers. |
