Mixed Shipping
Made-To-Order products
Some of our products are not held in stock, but instead are produced when you order them, expressly for you. These products take time to produce. We call these "made-to-order" products.
Ready-To-Ship products
Other products on our site (such as partyware and scrapbooking items) are in stock in our warehouse, available to be shipped to you right away. We call these "ready-to-ship" products. For these products, you can choose our STANDARD shipping option or our EXPRESS-in-5-business-days shipping option.
All products on this site are Ready-To-Ship unless there is a note saying otherwise on the product's page on this site.
What happens if you want to order some of our made-to-order products and some of our ready-to-ship products at the same time?
For example, perhaps you want to order some Martial Arts scrapbook supplies (which are ready-to-ship), and you also want to order some custom printed Martial Arts return address labels (which is made-to-order.) You want your scrapbook supplies right away in five days, and you understand you'll have to wait approximately weeks to receive your address labels.
This would be a "mixed shipping" order. Mixed shipping occurs when some products in an order are available for express shipping, and some are not.
In this case, you should place your order for the scrapbook supplies and the address labels all at once, and select the 5-business-day-express shipping option for the entire order.
When we receive your order, we will prepare two shipments. The first shipment, containing your scrapbook supplies, will go out immediately for delivery to you in the 5 business days you specified. The second shipment, containing your address labels, will arrive later in a separate box, in approximately 2 weeks as detailed on the web page for the address labels.
