Q: Do you have special pricing for Martial Arts schools?
A: Martial Arts school instructors / owners with certification and a federal tax id associated with a Martial Arts school may apply for a wholesale account with our parent company at www.maPartySupplyCo.com.
Q: Do you have a catalog you can mail to me?
A: Click here to view a printable copy of our one page brochure depicting our best selling Martial Arts party supplies.
Unfortunately, we do not have a brochure for our other products. Our product line changes frequently so it is not cost-effective for us to maintain a printable brochure for everything we offer.
Q: Do I have to be home to sign for my order when it arrives?
A: For orders under $250.00, we do not require a signature upon delivery so you do not need to be home when your order arrives. But for orders over $250.00, or for orders shipped to a business address, an adult must be present to sign for the order when it arrives.
Q: Do you charge a sales tax?
A: No, we are based in New Hampshire, a state which does not have a sales tax.
Q: I live close to New Hampshire. Can I come pick up my order?
A: While our offices are located in New Hampshire, our inventory is housed in several warehouses around the country. It would not be possible for you to come to our New Hampshire office to pick up your order.
Q: I live close to New Hampshire. Will my order arrive quickly because it doesn't have far to travel?
A: While our offices are located in New Hampshire, our inventory is shipped out of several warehouses around the country. The only way to be certain when your order will arrive is to select the shipping option that best fits your needs when you go through our on-line check-out. We'll make sure everything gets to you in the timeframe you selected (or, in the case of certain products, in the timeframe specified on that product's web page.)
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, we ship to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, in addition to the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses. Customers in other countries will find many of our products available for shipping to their country at our partner site, the Martial Arts Gift Shop.
